Commercial Junk Removal in Commerce, GA

Commercial junk removal in Commerce

Commerce is in Jackson County where I-85 meets US-441, northeast of Jefferson. We work with businesses around downtown Commerce, the US-441 corridor and the businesses around I-85, and with the landlords and property managers who keep those spaces rented.

We're insured and bonded, and we clean up before we leave, so the space is ready for whoever comes next.

Who calls us

• Businesses moving or downsizing, when the old furniture won't fit in the new space

• Landlords and property managers, when a commercial tenant leaves desks, shelving and trash behind

• Owners closing a practice, studio or shop, when everything has to be gone before the keys are turned in

• Offices and shops that just need the back room cleared out

What it costs in Commerce

Commercial cleanouts start at $400. Small pickups use per-item pricing: the first item starts at $150, each item after it starts from $10 depending on size, and a break room refrigerator is $110.

Bigger jobs are priced by how much of our 12 by 6 by 4 foot trailer the load fills, with a full trailer starting at $650 and each extra full load starting at $600. Stairs and long carries cost more, and we confirm your price on site before we start. See our pricing page.

What we haul

• Desks, credenzas and conference tables

• Office chairs, guest seating and break room tables

• Four-drawer filing cabinets, lateral files and tall metal storage cabinets

• Shelving units, fixtures and cubicle panels

• Boxes of old files and records

• Break room refrigerators, microwaves and other small appliances

Furniture in good shape goes to local donation centers when possible. Refrigerators are hauled intact so the refrigerant can be recovered.

What the local rules say in Commerce

For a small job, a rented truck and a dump run can work. Here's what that looks like locally:

• The City of Commerce collects garbage and recycling on Mondays, with carts out by 6 a.m. Since July 1, 2026, the rate is $21.57 a month per roll-away cart. (City of Commerce)

• Commerce Public Works also picks up brush and limbs for residential customers, one load of up to 6 cubic yards per cycle. (City of Commerce)

• Furniture, mattresses, appliances and tires go to the county transfer station at 100 Landfill Drive in Jefferson, which charges $75 a ton with a $5 minimum, plus $4 per piece of furniture. (Jackson County)

Rules as of November 2026. Many of these programs are set up for households, so check what applies to a business before you load up.

Getting ready

• Shred sensitive papers first. We haul boxes of files, but we don't shred documents.

• Wipe or remove the hard drives from old computers before we arrive.

• Empty desk and cabinet drawers, and leave keys in anything that locks.

• Mark what stays with tape or sticky notes.

• Ask building management about elevator use, the loading area and where a trailer can park.

How it works

1. Send photos of the space to 678-224-1606 or through the form on this page, and we'll give you a free quote.

2. We confirm your exact price on site. Nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

3. We carry everything out, load it and haul it away, and the room is bare when we leave.
