The job
In one day we cleared a bonus room, a basement workshop, a basement storage room, a wall of scrap lumber and a full office of filing cabinets, storage cabinets and a desk. Here's what each space looked like before and after.
Why one crew beats five weekends
Each of these spaces could've been its own project: a weekend for the workshop, another for the basement, and a truck rental for the filing cabinets. Doing them together means one crew and one day of noise in the house. Basements and stairs do add to the price, and heavy material like lumber costs more, so we always look at the whole job and confirm the price before anything gets loaded.
When a house has a few problem rooms like this, send us photos of all of them at once. It's easier to quote the whole job, and it usually goes faster than calling us back room by room. See garage, basement and attic cleanouts, office cleanouts, or whole-house cleanouts.
