Eviction day crews for Hall County landlords
When the Hall County Sheriff's Office carries out a writ of possession, deputies supervise but they do not move belongings. The landlord has to bring the labor. The Sheriff's Office asks for at least 2 people per bedroom for a residential eviction, and more if the home is packed, so the eviction can be finished in about two hours. Most landlords don't have six people on call for a weekday morning. We do.
What we handle on eviction day
A full crew sized to the home: 6 people for a 3 bedroom, more if it's full
Carrying belongings out while the deputies are on site, wherever you and the deputy direct
Photos and video of every room before anything moves
IDs, documents, mail and cash set aside for you
Starting the cleanout as soon as the property is back in your hands, often the same day
Squatter cleanouts
Squatters leave more than furniture behind: bags of trash, spoiled food, mattresses, needles and sometimes animal waste. Once you have possession, we clear the whole property, inside and out, haul everything away and leave it empty and swept. Georgia's 2024 squatter law gave owners a faster way to remove people who can't show a valid lease, so these cleanouts are coming up more often around Hall County.
Foreclosure and abandoned home trash-outs
Banks, investors and new owners call us when a house comes with someone else's belongings still inside. We remove everything, including sheds, carports and yard junk, so the property is ready to repair, list or rent. Our demolition crew can take down rotted decks, sheds and even mobile homes while we're there.
What it costs
Eviction day crews are priced by the size of the home and how full it is. Cleanouts are priced by how much of our trailer the job fills, starting at $350, with a hazard fee when needles, spoiled food or waste are involved. You get a firm price before we start, and we can cap the total so there are no surprises. See our pricing page for starting prices.
What to have ready
The writ of possession and the date the Sheriff's Office gives you
Written permission for us to dispose of everything left behind
A plan to change the locks the day of the eviction
A heads-up on known hazards like needles, animals or chemicals
We never remove belongings from an occupied home unless a deputy is present or the property is legally back in the owner's hands.
Good to know
If we find firearms or drugs during a cleanout, we stop and call law enforcement. True biohazard cleanup, like blood or soaked flooring, is a job for a remediation company, and we'll tell you before we start if a home needs one.
Eviction cleanout questions
Does Hall County require a crew for evictions?
Yes. The Hall County Sheriff's Office asks landlords to bring at least 2 people per bedroom for a residential eviction, and deputies don't move property themselves. Questions about a specific eviction go to the Sheriff's Eviction Section at 770-531-7090.
Can you do the cleanout the same day?
Usually, yes. Once the deputy is finished and the property is back with you, we keep working until it's empty.
Do you work outside Hall County?
Yes. We also work in Buford, Braselton, Jefferson, Cumming and Lawrenceville. Each county's sheriff or marshal sets its own crew rules, so we confirm them before your date.
